About MIEL Coffee Cart 

Miel Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee cart with a full espresso bar based in the DMV, proudly serving freshly brewed coffee featuring Ceremony Coffee Roasters from Annapolis, MD. Founded by Alyviah Martin in January 2024, the business began as a dream inspired by her childhood memories of her mother's love for coffee and her own evolving palate.

The name ‘Miel,’ meaning ‘honey’ in Spanish and French, reflects Alyviah’s love for coffee, which deepened during her college years in Grand Rapids, MI, where she discovered her first Miel Oat latte. Miel Coffee Co. aims to bring the same warmth and coziness to your event, supporting local communities and making every gathering special.
