About MIEL Coffee Cart 

Miel Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee cart with a full espresso bar that is based in the DMV, serving up freshly brewed coffee with passion and warmth. We proudly feature and serve Ceremony Coffee Roasters, based in Annapolis, MD.

Miel Coffee Co. was founded by Alyviah Martin back in January 2024 when she took the jump to turn her dream into a tangible business venture. Her love of coffee began at a very young age, watching her mother not being able to start her day without a cup. Although, the smell was more appetizing than the taste at the time, her palate began to grow.

The word ‘Miel’ comes from the Spanish and French language, meaning ‘honey’. As Alyviah’s love for coffee grew, she fell in love with a coffee shop in her college town, Grand Rapids, MI. At this particular cafe, they introduced her to her first Miel Oat latte— honey cinnamon oat latte. She believes this is where her coffee journey truly started and why the name is so special to her.
